Update to R8

I am an enthusiastic user of Rosa Linux R7 and have installed it a few days ago on several computers of friends of mine. Now version 8 has appeared. My question is: will my installation of version 7 be automatically updated to version 8, or do I have to reinstall the computers to get version 8?

Thanks to all who work on Rosa Linux, the most beautiful distribution I know of!

as far as i understand, i am a new user of rosa linux too, you will be updated to rosa r8 by regular update manager. i also noticed that i have got a lot of updates in the last few weeks, but for last two or three days, the updates have stopped.
it is very hard for me to understand the life cycle of rosa linux.
on the other hand, the distribution is very good, very stable and well build.

Today I discovered that o R7 installation had been updated to R8. So one does not need to do anything, if R7 is used.
