wireless shared not working

I have wlan0 and wlan1. Wlan0 connects to wireless router. Wlan1 reshares the connection. I Use also Netrunner(Ubuntu 14.04, KDE) and have no problem creating access point. I use exactly the same settings on Rosa as on Netrunner but without success(same PC, same hardware).
Any idea why is it not working!?
Or is it simply a bug!?
