ROSA with WINE

I have installed ROSA's offical WINE for 64 bit systems, but it doesn't seem to be working. I tried using the configure wine program (would not run at all) and tried to install a Windows program that I used with Wine successfully on another linux system, but the setup.exe won't start. Anyone know why? Thanks, ROSA is beautiful polished user interface- my new favorite linux.

Thanks, Akdengi. I added the extra repositories. The ROSA Software center says wine 32 cannot be selected because of unsatisfied dependencies "glibc-2.15-3-mdv2012.0.i586" and "libc.so.6". I found a "libc.so.6" rpm online and installed it, but can't find an rpm for the other one.
