2Safe Usage

Hello all...

Rosa has 2safe installed and i just got an account. There is a wiki article how to have an account and showing usage but i want this:

* i want its time to time syncronise my folders (which i wanna choose to sync) and back it up...
* what is there (if there is) alternative usage offer about 2safe, how i can use it effectively
* when i activated nepomuk, will it safe the back-up there?

ps: i added "pictures" folder from "manage rosa 2safe" , it says syncronised but i couldnt see the files in there from 2safe.com . . .
