How to install Laravel in ROSA Fresh R6 - Homestead and Composer

I need to install Laravel homestead in my ROSA Fresh R6 installation. I would like to request one and all about the complete procedure for installing Laravel, for both Homestead and Composer, and the pre-requisites before installation.
