I try update the my Mandriva 2011 to Rosa LTS ane I have a problem:
when I run urpm-reposync I get the results:

What can I do? Can I run urpmi --auto-select or not?

It's better to simply try "urpmi --auto-update", but be prepared for a ton of questions from urpmi (and maybe even some conflicts that will have to be resolved manually).

I remember I managed to successfully update my 2011 machine to Marathon, but this was several years ago so I don't remember the details. But urpm-reposync didn't exist at that time, so I performed everything by means of urpmi itself.
