I'm just wondering: is everyone still on holiday?
I have sent several tickets regarding the RELS installation and configuration - but no personal replies yet - just the auto replies from support tickets..

Yes. In Russia we have this big 'NY+orthodox christmas' holiday. The Orthodox Christmas is the 7th of January, and the first working day will be the 9th of January. Happy New Year to you, too, and sorry for the inconvenience. :)

Howdy again guys,
Could someone pls inform me when you guys are starting up your support service again?
I started sending requests before new year - but because you have been on holiday I realize there was no replies yet.
Now I just tried to send a new message referring to my ticket number - but the emails are returned as being rejected for the support-server@rosalabs.ru and support-server@rosalabs.com.

I would really like support as to why my RELS apparently can receive mails from external sender - I see them in the mail spool dir for the user - but I cannot logon to the mail account via e.g. MS Live Mail..
Message in live mail is that user and password is rejected by the server..

UPDATE -- the support said they've received your first letter and the tickets regarding your issues were created. So your situation should be cleared by now.
Regarding the domain: it's 'lab' not 'labs'.

yes I wrote wrong email address in the post above - for the actual emails I did enter support-server@rosalab.ru and also tried same for .com
they came return as undeliverable..

But did you ever received an e-mail from them? I mean something like -- "we've got your letter and we are working on your problem" etc.

nope - never.. Your replies in this thread is all contact I've had - apart from the auto ticket replies from support..
The server has been shut down for more than a week in waiting for your guys to contact me to sort the problems..

anyway - I'm pretty impressed by your server OS - it looks professional and straight forward to use - but as a self taught home-network administrator there are stuff that I don't fully understand - like the topic with receiving external emails - but being unable to login and check those via a mail client like e.g. Live Mail...

ok - let's close this thread called 'holiday' - i guess it does not have any relevance to the real stuff :)

FYI I have tried sending you an email with latest RELS configuration - but continue to get them returned with this message:

collab.rosalab.ru rejected your message to the following e-mail addresses:

ROSA Server Support (support-server@rosalab.ru)


collab.rosalab.ru gave this error:
<support-server@rosalab.ru>: Recipient address rejected: rosalab.ru


The email address that you entered couldn't be found. Check the address and try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
